Fraud:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Level 6 Felony <br>Minimum of 6 Months &#8211; Average 1 Year &#8211; Max 2 \u00bd Years in Prison.<br>Probation up to 2 \u00bd Years.<br>Fine up to $10,000 \u2013 Not including court costs and probation fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">? Dealing (Less than 5 grams):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Level 4 Felony<br>Minimum of 2 Years &#8211; Average 6 Years &#8211; Max 12 Years in Prison. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">? Dealing (5 &#8211; 10 grams):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Level 3 Felony<br>Minimum of 3 Years &#8211; Average 9 Years &#8211; Max 16 Years in Prison. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">?
