The fee varies, but cannot exceed $400.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"dimgray\"><strong>Drug Abuse, Prosecution, Interdiction, and Correction Fee<\/strong><\/font> &#8211; This fee is only added if a conviction falls under I.C. 35-48-4. The fee ranges between $200 and $1,000.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"dimgray\"><strong>Countermeasures Fee<\/strong><\/font> &#8211; This fee is only added if a conviction falls under I.C. 9-30-5 and results in a driver&#8217;s license suspension. The general fee is $200.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"dimgray\"><strong>Child Abuse Prevention Fee<\/strong><\/font> &#8211; This fee is only added for specified offenses and convictions that involves a victim under 18 years of age. The general fee is $100.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"dimgray\"><strong>Domestic Violence Prevention and Treatment Fee<\/strong><\/font> &#8211; This fee is only added for specified offenses and convictions that involved relationship parties. The general fee is $50.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"dimgray\"><strong>Highway Work Zone Fee<\/strong><\/font> &#8211; This is a 50 cent fee for traffic offenses. The fee can increase to $25.50 if the offense involved speeding in a worksite or failure to merge.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"dimgray\"><strong>Safe School Fee<\/strong><\/font> &#8211; This fee is only added for convictions that involve the use or possession of a firearm. The fee ranges between $200 and $1,000.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"dimgray\"><strong>Sexual Assault Victims Assistance Fee<\/strong><\/font> \u2013 This fee is only added for specified offenses and convictions. Generally, the fee ranges between $250 and $1,000.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"dimgray\"><strong>Late Payment Fee<\/strong><\/font> \u2013 This fee is only added if all conditions of the statute are met.
